Indosat Ring Back Tone Tutorial

This features by Indosat is called I-Ring. It can change your personal waiting call with other sound such as jokes, poets, or your favorite song/band.

Challenge
This tutorial is made for Mentari and Matrix customer service for the customer to learn to set up their own ring back tone. Indosat wants all tutorial to be put in one CD that is not only easy to navigate between the tutorial but also have attractive design.

Solution
We created the CD tutorial with Flash. We designed the interface as clean and as simple as possible by showing multimedia animated hand holding a mobile device and pressing buttons whilst making an option. By doing that the customer service would find not only that the tutorial is easy to learn but also easy to explain to the customers.
